Please note that in the interest of the environment we do not send brochures.

Most of our work is bespoke, meaning that every one of our log homes and modular timber frame houses is different. Given the number of variables for each house, a brochure would not effectively convey the scope of our work not least your options. Instead, we try to give you as much information as possible online and encourage discussing your project, its design and specifications. After which we provide you with initial price guide of +/- 5%. It is a free consultation and advice service.

Prices

Price guide per square meter as well as costs of kits for our eco houses, log homes and modular timber frame construction along with itemised list of kit materials are featured on our website. As a rule of thumb, to get a rough price guide for a complete house in ready state to move in, you need to double the cost of kit.

We supply and build to wind and water tight, meaning that you still need to budget for : services, foundations, plumbing, electrics, bathrooms, kitchen, heating system, roof tiles, and professionals’ fees for your appointed structural engineer, architect and/or project manager (if relevant). Hence doubling the cost of kit should represent your entire budget.
